Frankenmuth knows a good cause – and a great evening’s entertainment – when it sees one.

Tickets are already sold out for the Frankenmuth Community Foundation Legacy Ball on May 6 featuring retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills as keynote speaker.

Travis Mills“We had an incredible outpouring of support from the minute we announced Travis Mills earlier this year as our guest of honor,” said Kristi Krafft-Bellsky, chair of the Legacy Ball Committee. “Businesses and members of the community have once again stepped up to make this event a success.”

Approximately 300 guests are expected to attend the 7th Annual Frankenmuth Community Foundation Legacy Ball, which will be held this year at the Bavarian Inn Restaurant.

Mills is a Vassar, Mich., native who lost all four limbs during an IED explosion in Afghanistan and is one of only five servicemen from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to survive quadruple amputee injuries. He will return to mid-Michigan to share his story of hope at the annual gala.
